avocado for dessert ^_^

Avocado Mania!!!

To enjoy the great taste of avocado, you can just simply add milk, sugar and crushed/cubed ice.. mixed all together just like a smoothie.. yummy!!! ^_^

Do you know that avocados are loaded with nutrients such as dietary fiber, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium, magnesium and folate. They're also cholesterol and sodium free. Avocados contain more potassium than bananas.

Shrimp with coconut milk ^_^

After a long week of working, it feels good to cook at home.. =)
this is what I miss doing whenever I am at boarding house..

If you want to try this simple dish of mine.. below are the ingredients:
1 kilo Shrimp
coconut milk
squash ( riped ), cut into cubes
string beans, cut into desired size
1/2 head garlic, finely chopped
1 small sized ginger, chopped
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 tsp. olive oil
salt

Cooking procedure:
In a large wok/cooking pan sauté garlic, ginger and onion in olive oil. Add Shrimp, squash and string beans, stir until the shrimp's color start to change. Pour coconut milk and season with salt. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the squash is on your desired softness.

2nd Option : Easiest way..
Mixed all ingredients in a cooking pan without the olive oil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the veggies are cooked.

This is one of my favorite dishes.. hope you'll like it too ^_^
