I love to cook and eat sinigang whenever it rains, I don't know the significance but I just do. And now that it's raining, I was inspired to cook Pork Liempo Sinigang even though I am tired from office :) If you want to try it, see below ingredients and on how to prepare it.. enjoy! ^_^
Ingredients:
1 kilo, pork liempo sliced
Okra
Pechay
Long green chili
Gabi
Onion
Tomato
Sinigang sa Gabi Mix
Water
Patis or salt
Cooking Procedure:
- In a large pot, put together pork liempo, onion, tomato and water. Cover and simmer for 30 mins or until meat is tender.
- Put gabi and okra then simmer for another 30 mins. Then pour Sinigang sa gabi mix and long green chili. Season with salt or patis.
- Serve hot, enjoy! :)
