Adobong Pusit ^_^



Adobong Pusit, a tasty squid dish cooked in soy sauce and vinegar. I don't have really the intention of cooking this dish today. But while I am cooking other dish, my friend arrived with a squid she bought from the market near our place :) So I cooked it the way I know.. if you want try it see below ingredients and cooking instructions. Enjoy! ^_^

Ingredients:

  • Squid, cleaned
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Cooking oil
  • Sugar 
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dried bay leaves
Cooking Instructions:
  • In a cooking pot, pour in water, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves and squid.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a separate pan heat cooking oil, saute garlic and onion.
  • Pour in the squid cooked earlier. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy! ^_^
