Adobong Pusit, a tasty squid dish cooked in soy sauce and vinegar. I don't have really the intention of cooking this dish today. But while I am cooking other dish, my friend arrived with a squid she bought from the market near our place :) So I cooked it the way I know.. if you want try it see below ingredients and cooking instructions. Enjoy! ^_^
Ingredients:
- Squid, cleaned
 - Onion
 - Garlic
 - Soy sauce
 - Vinegar
 - Cooking oil
 - Sugar
 - Salt and pepper
 - Dried bay leaves
 
Cooking Instructions:
- In a cooking pot, pour in water, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves and squid.
 - Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
 - In a separate pan heat cooking oil, saute garlic and onion.
 - Pour in the squid cooked earlier. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
 - Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
 - Let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
 - Serve hot and enjoy! ^_^
