Ampalaya has a very high
nutrient content. Personally I don't like the bitter taste of this veggie,
until someone recommend it to me which according to them it is good for people
who are low blood. So I tried to cook it last Wednesday. Below are the ingredients
and cooking instruction.
Ingredients:
- Ampalaya (sliced thinly)
 
- Egg
 
- Ground beef
 
- Garlic
 
- Onion
 
- Tomato
 
- Water
 
- Salt and pepper
 
Cooking Instruction:
- In a pan saute garlic, onion and tomato. Add ground beef cook until the meat turns brown.
 
- Add ampalaya and water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
 
- Add egg, salt and pepper.
 
- Let it cooked for another 5 minutes.
 
- Don't overcook the vegetable.
