Tilapia with coconut milk ^_^



This is my first weekend in our apartment and got a chance to go around the wet market just near our place. And I saw a lot of fresh fish, so I decided to cook Ginataang Tilapia for Sunday lunch.. ^_^ If you want to try it, just follow the instructions below. It's very easy to prepare! :)

Ingredients:

  • Tilapia, medium size
  • Pechay
  • Garlic, crushed
  • Onion, diced
  • Ginger, minced
  • Green Chili, long
  • Coconut milk
  • salt and white pepper 
Cooking Intructions:
  • In a cooking pot, place all ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then let it cooked for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot! Enjoy! :)
