This is my first weekend in our apartment and got a chance to go around the wet market just near our place. And I saw a lot of fresh fish, so I decided to cook Ginataang Tilapia for Sunday lunch.. ^_^ If you want to try it, just follow the instructions below. It's very easy to prepare! :)
Ingredients:
- Tilapia, medium size
- Pechay
- Garlic, crushed
- Onion, diced
- Ginger, minced
- Green Chili, long
- Coconut milk
- salt and white pepper
Cooking Intructions:
- In a cooking pot, place all ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then let it cooked for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot! Enjoy! :)
