Prawns with Malunggay leaves ^_^





Prawns with malunggay is a healthy dish plus it's very easy to prepare. Malunggay is loaded with vitamins and minerals that can be an effective remedy against many kinds of ailments. Now a days it is also available in almost all supermarkets in a powder form. But I still prefer using the fresh leaves of it.. if you want to try this cuisine, below are the ingredients and cooking directions.


Ingredients:

Prawns
Fresh malunggay leavesCoconut milk
Squash
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Water
Salt


Cooking Instruction:

1) In a pan, saute garlic, onion and ginger. Mix well then pour in water and squash. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.

2) Add the prawns. malunggay and coconut milk. Let it simmer for another 15 minutes or until the prawns turns orange in color.

3) Add salt to taste. Serve hot with rice! :)
